The issue with sleep is that it affects every part of your life--your energy, your focus, and your ability to function at work and at home. For years in my practice, sleep was a central concern for my patients. That’s why I have spent the past 2 years developing a second sleep product to compliment our best-selling Natural CBD Sleep Cream. Our sleep. CBD drops are our very first ingestible product, and can be combined with our Natural CBD Sleep Cream to create a Sleep System to support a healthy cycle of Zzzzzs.

My goal was to develop a natural sleep product using the calming effects of CBD combined with other well established sleep supporting ingredients. Offering sleep drops is the perfect next step in helping people improve their sleep cycle. The benefits of ingestible sleep drops are that they absorb quickly under the tongue and have a lasting effect through the night.

Our sleep. CBD drops rely on a combination of magnesium, CBD and CBG (another cannabinoid) with botanicals that have been used for centuries to promote sleep. Our focus in development was getting the balance of ingredients perfected so that each element works synergistically together. CBD as a natural plant-based ingredient offers tremendous potential to help regulate sleep cycles, while CBG has a potent calming effect. The botanical and mineral blend also includes chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower and magnesium. Magnesium has been shown to help calm the nervous system and relax muscles. Chamomile features an antioxidant called apigenin, which has been shown to reduce anxiety. Lemon balm essential oil is used in aromatherapy to promote a calm and relaxed state and early studies suggest Passion Flower may relieve more significant sleep cycle issues.

The drops can be used alone or in combination with our Natural CBD Sleep Cream as part of the Dr. Kerklaan Sleep System. Our Natural CBD Sleep Cream with melatonin, lavender and CBD, is applied topically as part of your end of day wind down routine to help you relax and get into sleep mode, while our sleep. CBD drops , taken 15 minutes before bedtime, are designed to be absorbed quickly and have a lasting effect through the night to promote and support a healthy sleep cycle.
